Leo's Tricycle in The House

So today Tyler and I let Leo bring is tricycle into the house to play with even though its nice outside because he is sick and we thought he should try to stay inside. Every time he needed to get do something like go get Lion out of his room or go find his bottle, he would ride his tricycle. Once he got whatever he was after he would ride it right back to the couch, park it next to the couch and sit back down again.

Mothers Day 2011

My second Mothers Day was great. Donna come over the day before for a girls shopping day. Emily Ann, Donna, and I had a great time going to lunch and buying a few cute things. The next day the boys, Donna, and I went to Church and then to Scramblers for lunch. Troy and Emily joined us and it was a nice afternoon. The boys behaved themselves and Max even laughed and flirted with the ladies at the next table.

I took the boys to lunch and the Mall with Grandma Melody the next day. Grandma Melody bought me an adorable Ann Taylor skirt.

And the big surprise of the weekend was Tyler bought my first present in almost 5 years! He surprised me with an ipod nano touch. It is even my favorite color, blue. I love it! I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family!

Max Is Growing Fast

Max is getting so big! He is almost 2 months now and he is starting to have a lot of personality. He can almost hold his head up by himself, he loves "Mr. sunshine", and laughing at Tyler. He still spits up a lot, so we still are doing a lot of laundry.

I love this pic of Max...

Zoo Trip: Leo and Max

Our first trip to the Zoo for the year. Grandpa Mike was brave enough to go with me. We only had enough time to see the North America section, but Leo loved it. The polar bear section was a big hit for Leo and Grandpa. Leo picked out a polar bear toy to take home for the trip. While walking we lost it, but tricky Grandpa went and bought Leo a new one before he even noticed! Good work Grandpa Mike! Max was a good boy for the trip we slept except for a short time when we stopped so he could eat. We can't wait to go back and bring Tyler with us too.

Handy Helper

Leo loves doing whatever we do. Even helping with things around the house. He helps with grocery's, sweeping, and unloading the dishwasher. Let's hope he keeps this up!

Max Showing Off

Max is such a cute little guy. He is so cute and calm. He loves to smile and laugh. He is such a good baby.

Easter Money

Tyler has instilled his love of saving money into Leo. This is Leo putting in all his money from Easter into his piggy bank. He is sharing it with Max and putting some in his own and some in Max's. Now anytime there is change Leo puts it in their piggy banks.

Leo and Lion

Leo has started to play pretend with his animals and toys more. This is him putting his toys to bed. He has his dog (which he has named Ottis), Lion, Sid, and Duck-Duck. I love it when he does this stuff, its so cute. He has also started to try to put diapers on Lion and put Max's cloths on Lion. Lion is definitely still his favorite!

Easter 2011

We had great, but busy Easter this year. We went to Gville on Saturday and went to the evening Mass that night. That was actually a bad idea because the Mass was about two hours long and Leo could not handle it. Luckily Union City had a great cry room and I sat back there with both the boys the entire time. The next morning we opened our Easter baskets and had an egg hunt. It was raining, so Max and I stayed inside while Grandma and Grandpa took Leo around the yard. Tyler and the guys chased each other around and got all the eggs. I believe Troy won...again. We then packed up and went to Great Grandma Winners for a few hours. Max was pretty good and everyone loved seeing him. Leo played in the basement and climbed up and down the stairs. After that it was off to Delaware to see the Fathbruckners. We were all pretty tired, but we had a good time. There was a BIG egg hunt with all the cousins and Leo loved it. After the hunt Leo played outside with Eva, Lilly, and Becca. He had a great time! Max hang out in the house and was held by all the ladies. We had a great Easter with our family and our so blessed to have a healthy happy family.

Big Boy Summer Hair Cut

Leo got a summer buzz cut from Grandma when we went to visit the family for Easter. We all agree that it makes him look even more like a Winner kid!

Max has been great about taking a bath. He loves the warm water being poured over his head.

My Boys

I took this picture right before I went to take break from a busy day with the boys. My plan was to have daddy be in charge while I took a nice hot bath and read a book. Well, first the hot water heater was broken, so it was a lukewarm bath. Then, after about 2 minutes Tyler came in to inform me that Max was crying and he might be hungry. I told Tyler to give him a bottle. 5 minutes later Tyler came back to tell me Max spit up all of his bottle. Immediately following Leo came into the bathroom informing me that he pooped and that he wanted to get a bath with mommy. And that was my relaxing evening.
